We know how frustrating it is to buy an outfit online only to see it shrink or lose color after the first wash. To ensure that never happens to you, we have a strict, mandatory quality rule:
The First-10 Rule:
Whenever we trial a new manufacturer, we only purchase a highly limited batch. We personally follow up with our first 10 customers after they have washed the garment at least once. We ask them directly about fabric feel, color retention, and shrinkage. If even one customer faces an issue, we completely drop that manufacturer.
