At Rinki Ethnics, we want you to love your purchases. Since we carefully handpick our collections from India’s top textile hubs, we perform strict quality checks before shipping any order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve it quickly with our flexible policy.
Please read our terms and conditions below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
1. 7-Day Window for Requests
- Any return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date your parcel is delivered to you.
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Return & Exchange Methods
- We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
- Once your return is accepted, you will receive Store Credit (via an online Gift Card or code) equal to the purchase value. You can use this store credit to buy any item or size of your choice on our website in the future.
3. Product Eligibility Criteria
To protect hygiene standards and fabric integrity, garments will only be accepted if they strictly meet the following conditions:
- Unworn & Unwashed: The item must not have been worn, soiled, washed, or altered in any way.
- Tags Intact: The original Rinki Ethnics price tags, brand tags, and labels must still be attached to the garment.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned inside its original packaging material.
📦 Mandatory Parcel Opening Video: To safeguard against transit damage or missing items, we kindly require a continuous, unedited video proof of you opening the shipping parcel for the first time. This video must clearly show the condition of the box/bag and the garment inside. This helps us fast-track your return approval without any disputes!
4. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly excluded from returns, exchanges, or store credits:
- Custom-Altered Garments: Any kurti, co-ord set, or suit that has been altered or customized to your specific measurements.
- Sale & Clearance Items: Any products bought during promotional sales, clearance events, or festive discount periods.
5. Complimentary Reverse Pickup Shipping
- You don’t have to worry about the hassle or cost of sending the parcel back. We provide Free Reverse Pickup for eligible return or exchange requests.
- Our courier partner will pick up the package directly from your delivered address at no extra charge to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Email Us: Send an email to contact@rinkiethnics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID and state whether you want to return the item for store credit or exchange it for a different size.
- Attach Video Proof: Attach your mandatory unedited parcel opening video and clear images of the product with its tags.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your video and images. Once approved, we will schedule our courier partner to execute a reverse pickup.
- Receive Your Credit: After the product reaches our facility and passes physical inspection, your online store credit or gift card will be issued to your email within 48-72 hours.
